Change or reset your password
You can reset a forgotten password from the sign-in screen. While signed in, you can change an existing password or add email-and-password sign-in to an account that currently uses Google or Apple.
Reset a forgotten password
Section titled “Reset a forgotten password”- Open app.recalibr8.com and select Forgot password?
- Enter the email address connected to your account.
- Select the reset action and wait for Password reset email sent.
- Open the message and follow its secure reset link.
- Return to Recalibr8 and sign in with the new password.
On the sign-in screen, select Forgot password?, enter the account email, and follow the reset message. If your account uses Apple with Hide My Email, continue signing in with Apple instead of guessing the relay address.
On the sign-in screen, enter your email, select Forgot password?, and follow the reset email. The app confirms when the message has been sent.
Change or add a password while signed in
Section titled “Change or add a password while signed in”Open Settings → Sign-in Method. Choose Email & Password, then use the available change or connection action. Recent authentication may be required.
Open Settings → Sign-In Methods. On Email & Password, open the menu and select Change Password. If it is not connected, select Connect to set one.
Open Settings → Sign-In Methods. Select Change Password for a connected password, or Connect to open Set a Password. Enter and confirm at least six characters.
Reset email does not arrive
Section titled “Reset email does not arrive”- Check spam, junk, and filtered folders.
- Confirm the address is the one connected to Recalibr8.
- Wait a few minutes before requesting another message.
- If you normally use Google or Apple, sign in with that provider.
- If you still cannot regain access, contact support without sharing passwords or authentication codes.
