Two-factor authentication
Recalibr8 supports time-based one-time passwords (TOTP). Compatible apps include Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, and other standards-based authenticator apps.

Codes are rejected
Section titled “Codes are rejected”- Set the device date and time to automatic.
- Wait for a fresh code and enter it before it expires.
- Make sure you selected the Recalibr8 entry in your authenticator.
- Do not reuse a code that already succeeded.
- If several factors are enrolled, select the one you currently have.
Never send a six-digit code to Recalibr8 support or anyone claiming to be support.
