Help and support
Use an in-app support ticket when the documentation and normal troubleshooting steps do not resolve an issue. You can track open, resolved, and closed requests from the Support screen.
Create a useful ticket
Section titled “Create a useful ticket”Before opening the form, collect:
- a short description of what you were trying to do;
- the exact error message;
- the affected platform and app/browser version;
- the strategy name or exchange name, but no credentials;
- the approximate time and timezone; and
- the steps that reliably reproduce the problem.
- Open Support from the main navigation or Settings.
- Enter a concise subject and a detailed description of up to 1,000 characters.
- Optionally choose a preferred response channel: Email, WhatsApp, or Telegram, and provide the matching address or handle.
- Select Submit.
- Return to Support to open the ticket and check its status.
- Open Settings → Support.
- Select New Ticket.
- Enter the subject and description, then choose an optional preferred contact method.
- Select Submit.
- Open the ticket from the Support list to review it.
- Open Settings → Support.
- Select the new-ticket action.
- Add a subject, detailed description, and optional response channel.
- Submit the ticket and monitor it from the Support list.
Ticket statuses
Section titled “Ticket statuses”- Open — the request is active or awaiting review.
- Resolved — support has marked the issue resolved.
- Closed — the request is no longer active.
Deleting a ticket removes it from your support history and cannot be undone. Keep any response or reference you need before deletion.
For urgent security concerns
Section titled “For urgent security concerns”First revoke exposed exchange API keys directly at the exchange, change compromised passwords, and secure the associated email account. Then contact Recalibr8 support with non-secret context about what happened.
