Sign in to Recalibr8

Use any sign-in method already connected to your Recalibr8 account. If two-factor authentication is enabled, you will also need the current six-digit code from your authenticator app.

Web

1. Open app.recalibr8.com.
2. Enter your email address and password, or select Google or Apple.
3. If the two-factor prompt appears, enter the current six-digit authenticator code.
4. Select Verify & Sign In. Recalibr8 opens your portfolio.

iOS

1. Open Recalibr8 and choose the same method you used to create or link the account.
2. Approve the Google or Apple system prompt if you use a provider.
3. If requested, choose an enrolled authenticator and enter its current six-digit code.
4. Select Verify & Sign In.

Android

1. Open Recalibr8 and choose the sign-in method connected to your account.
2. Complete the provider prompt or enter your email and password.
3. If Two-factor verification appears, enter your authenticator code and select Verify.

Common sign-in problems

“Account exists with a different credential”

Sign in using the original method for that email address. Once signed in, connect the additional provider from Sign-In Methods.

The authenticator code is rejected

Wait for the next code and try again. Make sure your phone’s date and time are set automatically. Codes expire quickly and can only be used once.

You forgot your password

Select Forgot password? and follow the email instructions, or read Change or reset your password.

Provider privacy

Apple may supply a private relay email address when you choose Hide My Email. That relay address is part of your Recalibr8 identity; continue signing in with Apple.
