Plans purchased on the web are 30% cheaper.

Sign in at app.recalibr8.com in your browser to see web pricing. Your plan follows your Recalibr8 account across web, iOS, and Android.

Your Recalibr8 plan is attached to your account, not the device used to buy it. If you purchase on the web while signed into the same account, the entitlement is available when you return to iOS or Android.

Purchase at the lower web price

1. In a browser, open app.recalibr8.com.
2. Sign in using a method connected to the same Recalibr8 account used on your phone.
3. Open Settings → Subscription → Change Plan.
4. Review the web price, included features, billing period, and renewal terms.
5. Complete payment on the web.
6. Reopen or refresh the mobile app and confirm the new plan under Settings.

Confirm the account

Before paying, compare the account email or profile identity on the web and mobile app. A purchase made on a different Recalibr8 account will not automatically appear on the intended account.

Where subscriptions are managed

Purchased on web

Manage billing, renewal, invoices, and cancellation through the Recalibr8 web billing flow.

Purchased on iOS

Apple processes the purchase. Manage renewal or cancellation in your Apple ID subscription settings. Mobile-store pricing may be higher than web pricing.

Purchased on Android

Google Play processes the purchase. Manage renewal or cancellation in Google Play subscriptions. Mobile-store pricing may be higher than web pricing.

Plan does not update on mobile

• Confirm both devices use the same Recalibr8 account.
• Fully close and reopen the mobile app.
• Sign out and back in if the entitlement still appears stale.
• Keep the payment receipt or transaction reference.
• Contact support if it remains incorrect; never include full payment-card details.
