Unsubscribing stops the strategy from trading your allocation through the selected exchange.

Open positions may be closed

Confirm the impact shown in the app before continuing. Unsubscribing can close open positions, and market movement or exchange fees may affect the final amount returned to your exchange balance.

Web

1. Open Portfolio and select the subscribed strategy.
2. Select Unsubscribe.
3. Read the confirmation, including the warning about open positions.
4. Confirm Unsubscribe.

iOS

1. Open the subscribed strategy from Portfolio.
2. Select Unsubscribe on the detail page.
3. Review the confirmation explaining that the deposit and realised profits return to the exchange balance.
4. Confirm the destructive action.

Android

1. Open the subscribed strategy from Portfolio.
2. Select Unsubscribe.
3. Review how the deposit, realised profit, and open positions will be handled.
4. Confirm Unsubscribe.

Verify completion

Wait for confirmation, then review the strategy status, exchange balance, recent trades, and any notifications. Settlement timing can depend on the exchange and market state.

If the app reports an error or the status does not update, do not repeat the action rapidly. Refresh once, check exchange activity directly, and contact support with the strategy name, exchange, time, and exact error message.
