Notifications keep you informed about strategy generation and errors, account security, portfolio activity, and optional Recalibr8 updates.

Notification categories

Category	Examples
Strategy alerts	Generation completed, strategy status changed, error detected, recalibration needs attention.
Account updates	Security or sign-in changes and other account events.
Portfolio updates	Subscription, allocation, and trading-related portfolio activity.
Marketing updates	Product announcements, offers, and optional news.

Choose what you receive

Web

1. Open Settings → Notifications.
2. For each category, choose Push and/or In-app.
3. Select Enable browser push if you want alerts outside the open Recalibr8 tab.
4. Approve the browser permission prompt.

iOS

1. Open Settings → Notifications in Recalibr8.
2. Turn Strategy Alerts, Account Updates, Portfolio Updates, or Marketing Updates on or off.
3. If alerts do not appear, open iOS Settings → Notifications → Recalibr8 and allow notifications.

Android

1. Open Settings → Notifications in Recalibr8.
2. Toggle each notification category.
3. If alerts do not appear, open Android app settings for Recalibr8 and allow notifications. Also check battery restrictions if delivery is delayed.

Use the activity inbox

Open Notifications on the web or Activity on mobile. You can:

• filter by category;
• open a notification that links to a Recalibr8 screen;
• mark one or all notifications as read; and
• dismiss one notification or clear all displayed notifications.

Note

Marking or dismissing a notification changes the inbox state. It does not undo the underlying strategy, account, portfolio, or billing event.

Browser push is blocked

If Recalibr8 says Blocked in browser, open the browser’s site permissions for app.recalibr8.com, change Notifications to Allow, then reload Settings and retry. Private browsing, unsupported browsers, and some managed devices may not permit push.

Security alerts

Treat unexpected account or exchange alerts seriously. Sign in through a bookmarked Recalibr8 URL, review connected methods and exchanges, rotate exposed credentials, and contact support. Recalibr8 support will never ask for a password, API secret, authenticator code, or full payment-card number.
